¨La Finca Caballero¨ takes its name from an old settlement known as the “Casas de Caballero”, a district belonging to Requena. The property, which has 1,724 hectares, is located in the very center of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, 104 km from Valencia. This privileged location makes it possible to have a unique microclimate and a natural area of fauna and flora thanks to the influence of the Mediterranean. The plot of the farm is fenced with a 2-meter-high hunting fence, which protects the fauna of the area. In addition, a 10 km road crosses the property, of which 5 km are perfectly paved and give access to the built-up part of the estate, and the rest is clay.
Through the paved road, we find a group of 3 houses. One of them, the main one measuring 250 sqm spread over two floors, has a garden, swimming pool, ¨paellero¨ and other facilities.
