In the basement floor, there is a laundry room and a restroom, leaving the rest of the space open-plan. One of the possible configurations includes the addition of a cinema, a service room, a multipurpose room, and a gym. Another possible configuration proposes a living-dining room with a complete kitchen, a study, and a gym. All the rooms open up to a bright and peaceful English courtyard, which allows for lighting and ventilation throughout the floor.

The villas have three floors, which face opposite directions, offering generous shaded spaces and diverse visual connections with the garden and the natural surroundings. On the ground floor, corresponding to the daytime area, are the living-dining room and the kitchen. Separated by a core of services and a staircase from two other rooms with en-suite bathrooms, they extend through a generously sized terrace connected to the swimming pool. The kitchen can be configured in different ways depending on the desired relationship with the living room. It can be open and integrated with the living-dining room through a central island, or compartmentalized with sliding doors. In the latter case, a functional glass serving hatch can be incorporated, connecting it with the dining area.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and two similarly sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Another possible configuration considers using one of the bedrooms as an office or study. Additionally, there is the option to design a nighttime area with two large symmetrical bedrooms, both with a bathroom and walk-in closet.
