Large windows open the lounge directly onto the terrace, creating an easy connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. Finished with artificial grass, the terrace is one of the home’s defining features and provides an inviting setting in which to enjoy Valencia’s climate throughout much of the year.

Inside, high-quality sucupira tropical wood flooring brings warmth and texture to the property. Windows overlooking Ruzafa’s internal courtyard are fitted with automated shutters, while the trapezoidal glazing to the terrace and guest room adds another distinctive architectural detail.
